The GRC Frontiers

Program Details

Connecting the Global GRC Community

The GRC Frontiers is a workshop and master class that provides an international benchmark on the practices related to Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC). This program is held annually since 2012 by the Center for Risk Management and Sustainability (CRMS). This year, the program will promote the theme “Environmental, Social, Governance, and Risk Management Compliance (ESGRC)”.

Due to the increasing complexity of today’s global business environment, both public service and business professionals need to continuously update their knowledge about risk management, compliance, and governance (GRC). To help them do so, we have created a variety of Benchmarking Visits and Master Class that are designed to help participants gain a deeper understanding of ESG and GRC. These programs are also created to help them implement effective ESG practices within global corporate and public services environments in their organizations.

Participants will be able to benchmark their ESG practices against leading companies of Germany & Switzerland which are considered to have a higher maturity level, to help them improve their performance and make informed decisions when it comes to implementing and managing their ESG programs.

Here are some interesting topics to be discussed:

  • The connection between GRC and ESG in relation to SDGs
  • Strategies for effectively addressing ESG challenges
  • The trends and growth of ESG investments
  • Designing an efficient ESG strategy
  • Incorporating ESG into the business process

Master Class will be featured on the last day of the program, delivered by global experts on ESG. It will provide in-depth insights on ESG-GRC practices as a fitting close to the entire program.

The Master Class program will:

  • Discuss the program’s wrap-up
  • Talk through the digital aspects of ESG-GRC practices
  • Include the use of a GRC dashboard
  • Show the integration of ESG-GRC factors into corporate decision-making processes
